Emmanuela Pierre-Charles originates from Haiti, where she spent her early years until moving to the Tampa Bay area at the age of sixteen. A dedicated wife and mother of two, she achieved her High School Diploma from Freedom High School, earning the prestigious Student of the Year accolade during her senior year.

Continuing her educational journey, she obtained both an AA Degree in Liberal Arts and an AS Degree in Nursing from Hillsborough Community College. Subsequently, she pursued higher education at the University of South Florida, graduating with a BSN, MSN with a specialization in FNP, and DNP.
